  Newish as it's been renovated in past few years. Decently clean and most items in fine condition, I had an issue with tv that their engineer made solid efforts to fix but unfortunately couldn't. Internet is usable which isn't always the case when half the place is streaming online. Biggest complaint would be the walls and floors aren't too quiet so you get to learn a bit about your neighbors, shame they didn't sound proofing better when doing reno. I've returned twice since my first trip and likely will again in future.
