  Extortion. Pure and simple. They know you have to do what they say so they sneak in fees for EVERYTHING. Don't expect to speak to a manager or supervisor either - they'll refuse to connect you. Grossly understaffed and horribly organized.

  They are an honest, professional place. They have a job to do, but at the end of the day they treat you fairly, they are kind... what are you gonna do... your in a really situation... at least they test you as if you're a person. The reason for the 3 stars is that they never return phone calls when you leave a message. They encourage that you leave a message when they are busy, but never return your call...
