  Back in 2014 I visited this school to register my son for school. I wasn't greeted in a friendly manner by the office staff. As I was speaking to the receptionist I saw an Asian man go to a back office and could hear a woman's voice telling him that despite the fact that he was sick he can't miss a week of work and not come back without a doctor's note. We (me and the other vistors) could hear the man crying and pleading for his job. As if that wasn't uncomfortable enough the principal waddles out of that back room and without introducing herself or seeing what I already had handed me a paper of what I would need to register and told me to come back with those items. I got in my car and changed my mind about moving to this area. Time has past now and I decided to go ahead and make the move to the area to be closer to my job. Well my son is now in 1st grade and has had multiple incidents. The teachers don't pay attention to the students and once something happens they brush it off. The principal that I saw before is still there and still obnoxious and gives off a vibe that she doesn't like kids yet alone needs to be around them. Now I'm dealing with a nightmare and looking to move closer to shortpump elementary.
