  We rented a truck several months ago through the Uhaul website. Since The Mail Room was closed on Sunday, we parked the truck where they told us to, all cleaned out, and dropped the key off in the drop box. We looked at our email receipt the next day to find they charged us extra for cleaning and for equipment that we didn't use! Terrible company! Don't ever drop your truck off here and expect them to be honest!

  I'll never rent a u-haul again.
  
  I reserved a larger truck, and was told that they rented it earlier that day (regardless that I had it reserved). I asked to speak with a manager or have a phone number to submit a complaint and was told nobody would listen to me because uhaul is a huge company.
  
  I arranged to have my friends and family come to help me move so I was forced to rent a smaller truck at the larger trucks price, have to do several trips with it, and pay for the extra milage.
  
  To top it off once I got in the truck I realized it hadn't even been cleaned as it had candy wrappers and empty soda cans in it, and then they charged me for not cleaning those wrappers & cans out after I was finished with the truck.
  
  I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
