  Came through the full service toll lanes around midnight and there was no one at the toll booth so sat in line for almost 30 minutes waiting for the cars ahead to pay by card & apparently the card machine wasnt working. People were afraid to run it without paying I guess they were riding dirty or had no license but I was so tired and disgusted by the time I got up to the toll booth I just ran it. From now on I will just take my chances in the Smart Pass lane.
